Career development professionals help Canadians choose the right jobs, education, and training to ensure success in the world of work. At every stage of life, Canadians need assistance to be successful learners and workers, navigate transitions, or prepare themselves for changing workplaces and technologies.

Canada Career Month engages a national audience to promote lifelong learning and proactive career planning, while focusing on trends in the labour market, education and training.

Career development matters and everyone has a role to play!  For four weeks in November, we invite you to set the scene for a better world of work in Canada.
