While each region is unique, there is much to be learned from associations who have already gone through the growing pains of establishing certification.

Certification for career development practitioners is now in place in BC, AB, ON, NB and NS. 3CD has a Certification Working Group, with members from each province/territory working to build pan-Canadian cohesion and reciprocity.
